We provide fire safety services including fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire extinguisher installation and maintenance, PAT testing, and related compliance services.
All services are carried out to industry standards (e.g., BS 5839, BS 5306) and any agreed specification.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude VAT unless stated and may be subject to change due to supplier costs or site variations.
Additional work not specified in the original quote may be charged separately with prior notice.
4. Payments
Invoices are payable within the agreed terms (typically 14 or 30 days from invoice date). Late payments may incur interest and result in service delays or suspension.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel a confirmed job or order within 24 hours of the agreed time, you may be liable for call-out or admin fees. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable once processed unless faulty.
6. Site Access & Responsibilities
You must ensure clear and safe access to the site for our engineers. We are not liable for delays caused by restricted access, health and safety breaches, or conditions outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.
8. Warranties
We offer warranties on parts and workmanship as stated in your service report or invoice. This excludes misuse, third-party damage, or unauthorised alterations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Calendar Fire Ltd and may not be used without written consent.
10. Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the policy.
